Hogan Thompson Files Amicus Brief in the Texas Supreme Court

Hogan Thompson filed an amicus brief in the Texas Supreme Court on behalf of the Texas Oil & Gas Association to request a reversal of the Thirteenth Court of Appeals’ decision regarding an offset-well clause. In the brief, we are asking the Court to restore certainty and common sense to the interpretation of such clauses. Read our brief below for more information.
