Texas Supreme Court Grants Oral Argument for TXOGA Case

The Texas Supreme Court has granted oral argument on Feb. 2, 2022 on behalf of the Texas Oil & Gas Association (TXOGA) in Rosetta Resources Operating, LP v. Martin et al., an important case involving the interpretation of an offset-well provision in a lease.
