Hogan Thompson Schuelke drafted the case’s amicus brief on behalf of TXOGA, which requested an appeal related to the invalidation of permit for a PSA well drilled in the Eagle Ford.

"Had the ruling stayed, it could significantly hinder development of horizontal leases or horizontal wells in places like the Eagle Ford," Hogan said.
