Hogan Thompson partner Chris Hogan argues before Texas Supreme Court

On October 28, 2020, Hogan Thompson partner Chris Hogan presented argument before the Texas Supreme Court on behalf of his clients, BPX Operating Company, BPX Properties (NA) LP, Segundo Navarro Drilling, Ltd., and South Texas Shale, LLC. The issue before the court examines whether a lessor ratified a pooling arrangement when she accepted royalties from a pooled unit.
