Hogan Thompson Secures Temporary Injunction Order for Operator Clients

After a hard-fought, three-day temporary injunction hearing, Hogan Thompson secured an order for their clients Atlas Operating and Bayshore Energy. Atlas Operating is currently operating numerous oil and gas wells in the Eagle Ford Shale under a Joint Operating Agreement with Redemption Oil and Gas. Redemption went to the Texas Railroad Commission to remove Atlas as operator of those wells and have Redemption appointed operator. The injunction ensures that Redemption will be unable to proceed with this improper effort in the Railroad Commission.
